iMagi Creative Mentorship Sessions
Explore our one-on-one creative and holistic sessions, designed to foster a child's creativity and confidence through various forms of self-expression. These sessions help develop healthy outlets and coping mechanisms for everyday challenges while targeting behavioral issues in a playful and engaging way. By improving communication with peers and encouraging an early connection to their passion and preferred art form, we support children in thriving both socially and emotionally.
Holistic Art Exploration for Diverse Needs
Children will have the opportunity to explore a range of art forms, including visual art, dance, music, fitness, permaculture, and mindfulness practices such as stretching, breathing, and meditation. Our sessions are tailored to support kids experiencing maladaptive behaviors, ADHD, fostered or adopted children, as well as neurodivergent and neurotypical children. Whether they're looking to manage challenges or further develop their talents, our sessions cater to all children, including those with exceptional abilities.
Customized Support and Mentorship for Individual Growth
Our sessions may also include basic tutoring in subjects such as math, writing, and other areas where a child may need extra support. We provide mentorship tailored to each child's needs, with our primary mentors, Jade and Gato Cruz, available both individually and together. This flexibility ensures that children receive the support best suited to their preferences, whether they benefit from a more masculine or feminine role model, or both.
Sessions typically last between one to two hours and can be scheduled one to three times a week, depending on the child's needs. We accommodate a maximum of three children per session. We recommend a three-month period to ensure a thorough connection with the child and to allow for a smooth transition as sessions conclude. Additionally, if a child shows exceptional talent in a specific art form, we can provide access to other specialized mentors for further one-on-one guidance in areas such as music, art, or movement.
Flexible Session Scheduling and Specialized Mentorship
Summer Program and iMagiFest Talent Show Participation
Children are encouraged to join our creative summer program, where they can continue their development in a social and eco-friendly setting, such as farms and self-sustainable communities. This program offers a chance for children to interact with peers while exploring their interests. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to participate in our seasonal festival, iMagiFest, where they can showcase their talents and celebrate their achievements.
